Euroviti has its own Quality Control Department well equipped with instruments for testing dimensions, material characteristics (hardness, tensile strength, chemical composition). There are also X-ray instruments for measuring the thickness of various coatings. Our Quality Department provides the customer with high guarantees at every stage of the supply, in order to: support the research and the development of special items; select the suppliers on the basis of high qualitative standards of reliability; certify the full conformity of the goods; examine the causes of the flaws.


	TENSIL TESTER 600KN Device
	Tensile tests and load tests on bolts up to M24, in compliance with ISO 898/1 and 2 standard.

	FISCHER SCOPE X-RAY SYSTEM XD VM
	Thickness checking of protective ferrous (steel) and copper (brass) coatings with the X-ray fluorescence method.

	BAIRD FOUNDRYMATE spectrometer
	Checking of alloying elements in ferrous (steel), copper (brass) and aluminium alloys.

	GNEHM digital hardness tester
	Hardness testing (Rockwell, SuperRockwell Vickers and Brinnel Hardness Scales) of heat treatments.

	LEITZ Microhardness tester
	Microhardness testing (Vickers scale) of the surface heat treatments.

	OGP profile projector
	Checking of the size and the form characteristics.

	MAGISCOPE CGM Magnetoscope
	Detection of the surface defects on bolts in compliance with ISO 6157/1 standard, performed by qualified personnel.

	LEITZ stereoscope with POLAROID
	Photographic analysis and documentation of the surface defects.
