Thanks to large investment aimed at enhancing the testing tools for goods upon arrival (profile projectors, profilometers, hardness testers, micro hardness testers,microscopes,
stereoscopes,magnetoscopes, machines for tensile testing and spectrometers) Euroviti has directed its strategy to 100% control and selection of the goods through visual systems.
A highly sophisticated computer system checks all the items and enables the elimination of foreign parts and of those goods which prove to be faulty or do not have fully conformity.
Such accurate inspections are essential for items that will be set up by means of automatic systems.

Packaging

In the last years Euroviti has been developing its line of packaging, thanks to the use of highly innovative machinery able to pack automatically kits kit consistent of up to seven different types of articles. In every single pack it is possible to include findings or other items according to different customer requirements.
The efficiency of this line depends on the amount of items composing a single kit: we can make an average of 700 packs per hour, with peaks of 1400 packs hour.
We can offer of three different sizes of packs,depending on the number and size of the items included in each of them.
On customer request it is possible to diversify and personalize each pack, printing on it descriptions, labels or whatever.
