Wire cold forming on customer design

EUROVITI is able to meet the demands of the most demanding customers in
the field of cold forming from metal wire.

Machines with 1 to 6 steps offer a wide range of products, with metal
wire from 0.8 to 20 mm diameter, up to 130 mm long, and from 20 mm to 27 mm with lengths up to 200 mm long.

The materials used include steel,stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass.

The parts are provided as standard with heat treatment (annealing, quenching and tempering), galvanic treatment (CrIII galvanizing, chrome plating, nickel plating, tinning, Deltatone,Deltaseal, Geomet, zinconickel, etc..) and 100% selection with camera.

We can match to cold forming any kind of machining operation to achieve at the lowest cost several geometric shapes (milling, ball, corrections, gorges, carvings, tapping, etc.).

We can also offer design screws with washers, different kinds of assembly
operations and rods for electric motors from M4 x 200 mm to M8 x 250 mm.
